Researching and Implementing Business Strategy: To envision and implement business strategy in India, including segments, strategies, product mix.
Responsible for generating, managing, and executing some of Company’s B2B alliance activities both on the assets (Lending partnerships) and liabilities (Syndication and Fund raising). This includes managing relationships and assisting for deals that are unconventional in nature.
Help develop Strategic Alliances: Developing strategic partnerships (Lending partnerships) with financial services and technology vendors to make joint offerings for the execution services business.
End-to-end management of investor relationships, including on-boarding, query resolution, and investor communication.
Geographic Expansion of Business Operations: Expanding presence internationally, across both the buy-side and sell-side, in Asia and Middle East.
Ad-hoc Research & Analysis: Providing support to the senior management team in business development through extensive research, analysis, and financial modeling.
Strong candidates should have demonstrated experience and successful track record in building businesses across organizations. Strong educational pedigree, strong co-curricular performance, and knowledge of capital markets in India are pre-requisites for this role.
Core knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
Strong finance skills – good understanding of accounting and valuation.
Excellent client interaction skills and strategic relationship building skills.
Curiosity and the urge to explore and be on the look-out for new business opportunities.
Excellent communication skills as the candidate will interact with – C- level executives.
Research-orientation and analytical skills are a must.
Creativity is critical as the candidate will be authoring market collateral frequently.
